Born and raised in Alaska, Chris is committed to helping clients navigate complex issues on matters ranging from simple wills to complex transactions and litigation. Before practicing law, Chris was an anti-money laundering analyst for a financial regulatory compliance consultancy in Ohio. Chris’s practice focuses on estate planning, corporate transactions, oil and gas litigation, and nonprofit organizations.
