Prior to practicing law, Cole was a tax accountant for national and regional CPA firms and international and national companies. Cole is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in taxation from the University of Denver.
PRACTICE DESCRIPTION
Cole’s practice focuses on structuring and drafting documents related to purchases and sales of businesses, merger and acquisition transactions, choice of entity, real estate transactions, and income tax planning for entities and individuals, probate and trust administration, estate planning and related matters.
Cole’s clients include individuals, small to large scale businesses in various industries, limited liability companies, corporations (including S corporations), joint ventures, partnerships, non-profit corporations, and personal representatives of trusts and estates.
